Alliance Fleuve Congo (Congo River Alliance), political-military coalition launched Dec 2023 by Corneille Nangaa (ex-CENI chief). M23 was its main armed component; it administered the Goma and Bukavu areas from early 2025. Dissolved on 14 Oct 2026 into the FRN under Joseph Kabila.
