Erik Prince’s (ex-Blackwater) firm, with Quantum Global Consulting the second Prince-linked company in Kinshasa. 2025 agreement with the Finance Ministry to help secure and tax mineral flows (initially Katanga mining revenue; reported values range from 700M). Since then a combat-support role: drone surveillance and technical help to Congolese special forces (reported in the early-2026 Uvira recapture), and talks on a ~$65M contract to support FARDC aircraft and drones. One estimate puts it at ~300 foreign personnel. A Vectus team was ambushed in South Kivu on 17 Sep 2026: a former New Zealand SAS soldier was killed and retired US Green Beret Tim Kennedy wounded.
